Our signature burger featuring a 1/4lb smashed patty, melted cheddar, lettuce, tomato, and house sauce on a brioche bun.
Beef must be cooked to an internal temperature of 155°F (68°C) for 15 seconds. Use digital probe to verify.
Butter both sides of the Brioche bun. Place on the cooler side of the flat top or run through toaster until golden brown. Set aside.
Place beef patty on 400°F grill. Season generously with salt and pepper. Press down firmly with spatula to maximize contact. Cook for 3 minutes until crust forms.
Flip patty. Immediate place 1 slice of Cheddar cheese on top. Cover with basting dome and squirt small amount of water to steam/melt cheese. Cook for 2 more minutes.
Spread 1 oz House Sauce on bottom bun. Add Lettuce and Tomato slice. Place cooked patty on top. Close with top bun. Secure with pick if necessary.
